HBI Research Awards – Application Deadline Thursday, September 14, 2017

The Hadassah Brandeis Institute is accepting proposals for the 2017 Research Awards. Scholars, activists, writers and artists who are pursuing research on questions of significance to the field of Jewish women's and gender studies, or work that deals with the themes of the HBI's focus in a comparative perspective, may apply.

Projects in the following categories are accepted:

The Yishuv and Israel
Diaspora Studies
Gender, Migration and Refugee Studies (New)
Families, Children and the Holocaust
Gender, Culture, Religion and Law
Women's Health
LGBTQ Studies (New)
Judiasm
Biography
The Arts (including Visual, Performance, and Creative Writing)
Film
